Tuesday's post.

Good evening,

Two beautiful Sunshine Blankets arriving today.
This Blanket has been beautifully made by PinkLemons in Singapore.
How very kind of her to send it all this way.
I know our 'SIBOL' project is very dear to your heart PinkLemons and I am truly honoured that you want to donate your beautiful work to Residents here in the UK.

PinkLemons tells me on her card that the Blanket is very special to her. It was
completed on the day that Joseph Schooling, a 21 year old swimmer won the first ever Olympic Gold Medal for Singapore. 'Truly many things are possible if only we dare to dream.' She writes.
Thank you so very much and I know this Blanket will certainly bring lots of smiles!

Next we have a Blanket from Rachel. Rachel has been working very hard to finish a Blanket just before heading off to University. Thank you so much. She has called it 'Joan' because her dear Gran lovingly helped her to complete it. Both Rachel and Joan spent many hours Knitting and chatting and Rachel really cherishes those special times with her Gran. Joan hadn't knitted for quite a while but now she's on her second Blanket. I'm so pleased that 'SIBOL' has got those needles clicking Joan! She loves it so much that now she's on her second Blanket. Thank you also for the beautiful Butterflies and ribbon packs. I'm so grateful to you for those too.

All the best with University Rachel, and please thank Joan for me.
